6. Mark Henry And Mae Young

 

Crazy? That was Mae Young’s middle name. Okay so it wasn’t actually her middle name, but in the late 1990s and throughout the 2000s we saw Mae do all kinds of crazy stuff. She even fell in love with Mark Henry, who was going through the “Sexual Chocolate” phase of his career where he was into any woman he could find.
Mae was in her 70s and was out there having bikini contests where she had no problem flashing people. Then she would do crazy things like take a Bubba Ray Dudley powerbomb through a table just to try to put them over. Guys like Bob Holly talked about how Mae would encourage the guys to hit her hard during matches because she didn’t want it to look bad.
Henry ended up getting romantically linked with Mae, which led to a scene where they were laying in bed together. Soon after that, Mae said she was pregnant and really soon after that she gave birth…to a hand. It’s one of the stupidest things ever, but it happened.
That relationship ended up fizzling out although fans will never forget. When Henry did his fake retirement speech in 2013 before turning heel on John Cena, fans chanted for him to thank Mae Young and Mark had to laugh about it while telling them no. Fans never forget.
