Stacy Keibler came into WCW as Nitro Girl Skye, but it wasn’t long before she transitioned to Miss Hancock, then began competing under her real name. She moved to WWE when the company purchased WCW and mostly acted as a valet for talent such as Test and The Dudley Boyz. Once she left WWE, though, that’s when she became a national celebrity.
Keibler competed on Dancing with the Stars, and while she didn’t win, she took America by storm. Choosing not to renew her WWE contract, Keibler continued to make her way in Hollywood. She landed recurring roles on TV programs, but she reached new heights in the media in 2011, when news broke that she was romantically involved with George Clooney.
Clooney and Keibler made constant red carpet appearances together, and while her career seemed to slow down, she was always on TV, towering over her beau. It wasn’t meant to last, though – the couple split up in 2013. Still, there’s something of a happy ending: they both got married – to other people – this year.
