Bayley is exactly the kind of performer that NXT is made for. She started there in January 2013 and she’s spent the last two years working on her skills. She’s 25 years old with a very bright future ahead of her.

What’s cool about Bayley is that she has figured out what she is: a classic, old school type of babyface that the fans love. She has all the right mannerisms, knows when and how to make her comebacks and the people watching her can really appreciate the amount of time she has put in to perfect her craft. You can tell by how well she interacts with the fans.

She had a big match at the NXT Takeover special in September. Even though she lost that 12 minute match to Charlotte, she proved that she belongs on the main roster very soon. She’s better than a lot of women that are on there.

Bayley should not turn heel any time soon. Hopefully she can hold the NXT Women’s Title next year and then be ready to be on the main roster. She just needs a chance to show what she can do in order to win over the larger WWE Universe like she has with the NXT fans.
