6. No Explanations For Heel And Face Turns

Brie had the biggest match of her life at SummerSlam 2014. She was against Stephanie McMahon in a match that got about as much hype as any divas match ever. They were in the last segment on Raw two times leading up to the match, which has never happened for divas before. Shocking that WWE would put over Stephanie that much, right?

During the match, it looked like Brie was about to win when Nikki Bella nailed Brie with a forearm shot to the face and then Stephanie covered for the win.

The sisters had a feud for several months leading to a match at Hell in a Cell in October 2014. The stipulation was that the loser had to be the winner’s personal assistant for 30 days. Brie hated it. They pushed the story that once the 30 days was up, Brie was going to kick her ass in a blowoff match. That never happened.

Instead of another match to end the feud with Brie getting the revenge, Brie kissed AJ Lee on the lips at Survivor Series and Nikki won the Divas Title from AJ in a match that went only 35 seconds.

This past Monday on Raw, the twins turned face. No explanation was given. They are just faces now. And people wonder why fans get upset at how the divas are portrayed? It’s because WWE’s storytelling is so lazy.
