10 Most Important WWE Moments Of 2014 10

Now that we’re only a matter of days away from the start of 2015, it’s time to look back at the year that was for WWE. It has been a newsworthy year for the largest wrestling promotion in the world, with plenty of highs to go with plenty of lows.

Titles changing hands, wrestlers debuting, wrestlers leaving, wrestlers passing away, injuries… it was all there in 2014, and while narrowing a list of the top ten WWE moments of the year was difficult, that’s what we’re doing here today. Some of these events took place on television, and some of them took place on pay-per-view, while others took place away from our eyes altogether and played out elsewhere. The common thing with everything on this list is that they all helped to form WWE’s 2014 calendar year, for better or for worse.

While something could always happen before the year is officially over to replace one or two of the items on this list, it should still be viewed as definitive, as everything on here is a major event in one way, shape or form, and is not to be ignored or taken lightly.
