5. Charlotte

Charlotte is one of the most impressive women in WWE. She signed with WWE in May 2012 with no in-ring experience, but she’s a former star volleyball player and the daughter of Hall of Famer Ric Flair. She seemed like natural fit right away.

She has come a long way already in under two years of training. Check out her match against Natalya at the Takeover event. They had a 17 minute match that was one of the best matches of the year in all of WWE and probably the best women’s match in WWE history as well. A few weeks ago, she had another outstanding match with Sasha Banks at the NXT Takeover R Evolution event.

It wouldn’t be a surprise if Charlotte is WWE’s top diva as soon as next year. She’s an ascending star that is a natural athlete who is still learning the intricacies of the business. Every time we see her in the ring, all she does is prove that she belongs.

She could be higher on this list just because of her two amazing matches with Natalya and Banks, but we still need to see more in terms of character development as well as promos. She’ll get there, though. Doubting her would be a big mistake.

Charlotte is going to be a huge star in WWE. This was her breakout year. She’ll probably top it in the near future too.
