9. El Torito Will Join The Lucha Dragons

This is something that has been mentioned among wrestling insiders in the last few weeks and based off last week’s Smackdown it looks like it is going to happen.

There was a Smackdown match where the Lucha Dragons beat Los Matadores. When it was over, Los Matadores were upset with their “friend” El Torito. One of them even pushed Torito in the face after the loss. It’s a tease for something that is going to happen in the very near future.

Since Los Matadores are a bit of a flop, WWE has decided to move Torito from that team and will likely put him with the Lucha Dragons instead. WWE must see some value in the Torito character because when he does his spots the crowds love it – especially the kids.

Look for this to happen in the near future, which could also lead to a tag team title run for the Lucha Dragons down the road as well.
