1. Brock Lesnar Will Be Back For SummerSlam

This is the biggest one that we know and that they won’t acknowledge it on WWE television right now, but the return of Brock Lesnar to WWE this summer will be a huge event.

The current storyline with Lesnar is that he is suspended indefinitely after attacking Michael Cole and a planted cameraman on the Raw after WrestleMania 31. The crowd cheered him for everything he did, so when Stephanie McMahon suspended him it upset the fans big time. We haven’t seen him or his advocate Paul Heyman since.

Lesnar has wrestled in a major match at every SummerSlam event since 2012. The difference about this year’s match is that he’ll be in a babyface role for the first time since 2003. WWE brought him back as a heel in 2012 and had him work as a heel for the last three years.

It’s likely that Seth Rollins will still be WWE Champion by SummerSlam, so the expected main event is Lesnar challenging Rollins for the WWE Title. Who wins? Tough to say, but Rollins seems like a good pick. WWE may be hesitant to do another Lesnar WWE Title run after the last one didn’t really help business that much.

The return of Lesnar will be a big boost for WWE. There’s nobody else like him. He’s a special talent.
