10 Wrestling Returns That Would Improve WWE TV
Maybe it’s just a matter of changing the faces a bit? Certainly that’s the answer to WWE Raw’s woes, right?
With Brock Lesnar back, Seth Rollins on top and NXT talent like Kevin Owens on the show, WWE’s Monday Night Raw’s ratings are still dipping. A solution? Well, what about bringing back names that were familiar and beloved when they were employed by the company, but in not being on TV in quite some time, forgotten.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder. As well, we’re currently in an era where there’s certainly an explosion of pro wrestling companies, but with a caveat attached. For as many companies as there are existing, there’s the possibility that all of these companies are running with such minimal chances for success that WWE could suddenly have a ton of former talent at their signing disposal in relatively short order.
There was once a time in pro wrestling where talents could leave a promotion, travel the world for a bit, and come back professionally renewed, creatively fresh and able to make an immediate impact upon return.
