Eight Divas Announced for Elimination Tag Team Match at 2014 Survivor Series

Team Cena and Team Authority won't be the only ones competing in a traditional Survivor Series match at the anticipated PPV this Sunday.   

The WWE has announced that the Divas will also be part of the action. According to the company's official website, it will be Alicia Fox, Natalya, Naomi and Emma going up against Paige, Cameron, Summer Rae and Layla.

It's not a booking that will likely sell many extra PPVs, but it has under-the-radar potential.

Several of these ladies are quite talented inside the ring. Giving former NXT stars Paige and Emma an extended run together would likely provide some fantastic entertainment, while Natalya and Naomi are skilled enough to produce some great spots, as well.    

Although there is some history between several of the Divas, this match doesn't figure to have a major impact in terms of storyline. However, it's an easy way to push the Divas division and get some PPV time for wrestlers who otherwise would have been out of action.

This means the Divas division will have two matches at the Scottrade Center on Sunday, as AJ Lee is also set to put her belt on the line against Nikki Bella.
